Osmonic 001 RO Systems (1-3 USGPM)
This is our small volume reverse osmosis system. Its strength lies in its small footprint, easy setup and minimal capital cost. The 3300 Series is designed to supply high purity water for many low volume applications. The largest 3300 system can produce up to 3,300 gallons per day.

Osmonic RO Systems (1-21 USGPM)
This model is our most popular system. Its strength lies in its sturdy design, low maintenance requirements and task flexibility. The 002 Series is adaptable to supply high purity water for almost any situation. The largest 002 system can produce up to 30,000 gallons per day. This design also comes in a basic configuration.

Reverse Osmosis Systems produce up to 21 USGPM of high purity water for use in many commercial and industrial applications.

Osmonic 003 Series RO (22-300 USGPM)
The 8400 Series is designed for specialty applications such as boiler feed water, bottling, humidification systems, automotive paint, parts washing, and rinse water applications. The 8400 Series is also ideally suited as a pretreatment step to deionization systems, providing for the production of ultra pure water. The largest 8400 system can produce 432,000 gallons per day. This design also comes in a basic configuration.

Osmonic 004 Medical RO System
(1-21 USGPM)
This unit has been designed to produce up to 21 US gpm of pure water for use in specialty applications such as hemodialysis and CSR. The 4400M Series RO systems remove up to 98% of dissolved minerals and greater than 99% of colloids, bacteria and organics larger then 200 molecular weight. These machines carry US 510(k) and CSA licenses approvals.

Osmonic 005 Heat Sanitizable RO
(1-21 USGPM)
This unit has been designed to produce up to 21 US gpm of pure water for use in specialty applications such as hemodialysis and CSR. The 4400H series is designed to be fully heat sanitizable. This system is a perfect match with the Biolab Hot Water Sanitizer. The two systems communicate together to maintain the cleanest possible system operating conditions.

H2pro Reverse Osmosis Systems
The H2pro model of reverse osmosis systemsis Mar Cor Purification's highest quality water treatment system. These systems are designed to produce pharmaceutical grade product water from any potable source and be fully heat sanitizable to ensure sanitary operating conditions.

Electrodeionization Systems (EDI)
Biolab Equipment™ EDI systems produce ultrapure water without using costly service deionization tanks. These systems purify water to levels exceeding 16 Megohm.cm. The process maintains the resins in a purified state, so hazardous caustic and acid regeneration chemicals are not required. Typically, this system feed water requirements mandate a reverse osmosis system.

Osmonic RO / Electrodeionization Systems
Osmonic RO systems are a unique water purification device that combines both reverse osmosis and electrodeionization technologies into a single system. Osmonic RO is guaranteed to produce 16 Megohm.cm purified water on virtually any potable source water.
